Adopting PLC and touch screen control.

Counting function: displaying the number of boards in the touch screen through photoelectric sensing.

With tape running out automatic alarm function (tape running out, the equipment automatically alarm, conveying stop, after replacing the tape press the reset button equipment automatically start).

The length of the tape at the end of the board is between 10 and 15mm.

Capacity: 650mm*650mm board, can wrap 5-6 boards per minute.

Tape specifications:

 ① Blue rubber inner diameter ￠ 80mm, OD <140mm.

 ② Green rubber, red rubber inner diameter ￠ 76.2mm, OD <140mm.

Edge-wrapping machine into the board wheel is a consumable material,2～3months to replace once.
